I am still very much in the hoping to get something that doesn't suck phase... I'd like to graduate to a more deliberate approach, but I find when I get too intentional, I sort of clam up with expectations and pressure. I suspect I really need to learn more on lighting and the practice of portraiture. All that to say, thanks for this post!
