I am leaving for Kathmandu in about 2 weeks and plan to do Ladakh later this year. As I live in India at the moment, both places are quite close for me. Would you be able to share good places for photographers to visit in the Kathmandu area and in Ladakh? Maybe something besides the "normal" tourist spots? I will do at least parts of the Annapurna Trek, so maybe you have some recommendations there as well. Thanks a lot, and hope you have fun traveling and shooting.Thorsten

Hi David,

what a coincidence… I am leaving for Kathmandu in about 2 weeks and plan to do Ladakh later this year.
