Printing To POGO from Your Computer – Updated

October 31st, 2008

picture-1While we’re talking about the ZINK-powered Polaroid POGO…

I had no idea you could do this, but thanks to the bluetooth capabilities of the Pogo it seems you can print wirelessly to the pogo from your computer. I haven’t tried this yet, will do it later today, but in the mean time, give these PDF files a peak – Printing from the PC HERE, and Printing from the Mac HERE.  I’ve wanted to do this several times – now that i know it’s possible the Pogo printer just become even more valuable to me.

Updated – I just tried this. Worked flawlessly the first time. My love for the Pogo? It just went up to 11. No ink, no wires? What manner of sorcery is this!?

Thanks to David Vernon for digging this up for me. I owe you one.

Nice thanks, I just picked one of these up and had a bluetooth laying around this pointed me right to the right place (faq) Their (polaroid) documentation sucks , the instructions dont tell you half of what this is capable of .
Now printing conveniently wallet sized pics from my pc wirelessly.

I do the 4 steps and I get an error saying that either the device isn’t on or connected properly. The device is shown at connected and it’s on. What do I try next? Any ideas?

I don’t seem to get pass step 3. I tried the send to and clicked on the bluetooth but it’s not recognizing my Pogo printer.

Hi Sue – Sorry I can’t help you on this. I’m a long way from my printers so I can’t even pull them out and troubleshoot it for you. I suggest you look for a customer service number or troubleshooting database and see if Polaroid themselves can be helpful to you.

Christine – Wish I could help but it’s been a while since I did this or had trouble with it. Best I can suggest is what I suggested to Sue – see if Polaroid themselves has some documentation.
