However, it is a challenge for Vancouver. The snow here is very wet. It's not like interior snow like Alberta or Sask. Their snow is very dry and dusty almost like little itty bitty fish scales. West coast snow is quite wet so it sticks to everything and is difficult to brush off. Also, as David said, we have a much smaller snow budget compared to Toronto. We have 27 snow removal trucks compared to their 400.On the bright side, today we have had a clear blue sky all day. Combine that with the fresh snow from last night! It is a gorgeous day today. It looks like we may have the first white Christmas in 10 years. There is also people skating OUTSIDE!
