@ Mike Mahaffey – My go-everwhere pouch carries only the goodies, cash and bit and pieces and I used the Skin Chimp Cage. It’s perfect size but also have the whole drop-down thing so I can make it bigger if I need it. And I just toss it on a web belt I can throw on/remove easily

You mentioned “I have a modular Think Tank Skins pouch that came with me – without exception – if my camera was on my shoulder”, which pouch was this? Do you carrry it on your regular belt or a think tank belt?

Thanks David. I received your book yesterday, having read the intro and first chapter, (along with looking at images) I think this book is a winner. The type of book I’ve been wanting, not just another how-to book. Thanks also for all the info and links in your post- good stuff
